Precice Stryde intramedullary nail system is manufactured by Nuvasive from hardened stainless steel. It is a more advanced version of Precice 2, a method that does not allow walking during the extension process. Precice Stryde nails allow patients to walk through the entire lengthening procedure.
It is applied with the same method as precice 2 nails and the processes are the same.
