With this method, we create a controlled fracture in the bone during the operation and place an intramedullary magnetic precice nail inside the bone After a waiting period of 5-7 days, we start the daily length of 3*0,33 mm (1 mm) per daywit ERC. After 3-4 months on average, when we reach the desired lengthening we stop lengthening period . In the next period, we expect the bone part we have extended to harden completely, 3-4 months on average.
